Aleja Odyssey COVID-19 Response

In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Aleja Odyssey has implemented the following operational practices to ensure the health and safety of our team members, clients, and the greater community while continuing to deliver uninterrupted services:

​

  • All of our team members are currently working remotely and we are using technology to increase remote interaction while encouraging this manner of interaction as much as possible.

​

  • In cases where remote interaction is not possible:

    • We are screening clients by asking if they have flu-like symptoms OR have travelled outside of Canada OR are isolating before agreeing to an in-person interaction.

    • We are increasing the level of hygiene, and have equipped our team members with PPE, to help reduce the risk of exposure.

    • We are promoting social distancing to help reduce the risk of exposure.

  • We are committed to share accurate information about COVID-19 developments and guide our clients towards ensuring accurate information is shared by them as well.


We will continue monitoring COVID-19 developments so that we can take every precautionary measure to play our part in keeping our communities safe and healthy and look forward to working together throughout this challenging time.
