Aleja Odyssey COVID-19 Response
In response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Aleja Odyssey has implemented the following operational practices to ensure the health and safety of our team members, clients, and the greater community while continuing to deliver uninterrupted services:

All of our team members are currently working remotely and we are using technology to increase remote interaction while encouraging this manner of interaction as much as possible.

In cases where remote interaction is not possible:

We are screening clients by asking if they have flu-like symptoms OR have travelled outside of Canada OR are isolating before agreeing to an in-person interaction.

We are increasing the level of hygiene, and have equipped our team members with PPE, to help reduce the risk of exposure.

We are promoting social distancing to help reduce the risk of exposure.

We are committed to share accurate information about COVID-19 developments and guide our clients towards ensuring accurate information is shared by them as well.
